Grievances

Your Voice, Our Responsibility

At LARSA Security Services, we are committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and accountable workplace where all employees, partners, and community members feel heard and respected.

Our Grievance Policy and Procedure provides a clear process for raising and addressing concerns related to employment, compensation, health and safety, environmental practices, or compliance with company policies and legal standards. Issues such as misuse of assets, workplace conditions, harassment, discrimination, unfair discipline, or breaches of security procedures are handled with seriousness and integrity.

In alignment with ICoCA principles and international standards (ISO 18788, ISO 9001, PSC.1-2022), our grievance mechanism is accessible to both internal employees and external stakeholders, including local communities and third parties. By ensuring that the process is publicly available through noticeboards, local offices, and distributed materials, we reinforce our dedication to openness, inclusivity, and responsible operations.

Every grievance raised is treated confidentially, fairly, and in compliance with applicable laws, reflecting our ongoing commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.
